Prepare your cauldrons, friends! Today's Halloween Eats is a Wicked Witchy Pasta Salad from the super talented Amrita of the @crazyvegankitchen  🖤⁠ .⁠ Paint it black with our Activated Charcoal! Use the code HALLOWEEN & get 25% off 👻⁠ .⁠ Make this wicked treat with: ⁠ 12 oz/360g Pumpkin, diced into 2 inch cubes⁠ 2 tsp Olive Oil⁠ 3 oz/100g Kale, torn into small pieces⁠ 2 tsp Olive Oil⁠ 1 tsp Minced Garlic ⁠ 250g/8oz Pasta Spirals(or shape of choice)⁠ 3 tsp Rawnice Activated Charcoal Powder⁠ -⁠ Balsamic Maple Dressing:⁠ ¼ C Balsamic Vinegar⁠ ¼ C Olive Oil⁠ ½ tsp Minced Garlic⁠ 1 ½ tbsp Maple Syrup⁠ 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard⁠ Salt/Pepper, to taste ⁠ -⁠ Garnish:⁠ ½ C Toasted Flaked Almonds⁠ ⅓ C stoned & halved Olives ⁠ -⁠ Method:⁠ Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine diced Pumpkin and 2 tsp Olive Oil in a bowl. Season with Salt & Pepper, toss to combine. Disperse pumpkin onto a baking tray lined with non-stick cooking paper. ⁠ Roast for 20-25 mins or until tender and golden.⁠ In a saute pan, heat 2 tsp Olive Oil with ½ tsp of Minced Garlic. Add torn Kale & saute until Kale has slightly wilted & is no longer tough. Season with Salt & Pepper, set aside.⁠ Bring a pot of water to boil & cook the pasta according to directions. Once al dente, drain immediately & pour into a large bowl. Add 3 tsp of Activated Charcoal Powder to hot pasta & toss to combine. Your pasta should turn a witchy shade of black. ⁠ In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients for Balsamic Dressing until combined. Pour ¾ of the dressing on the pasta and toss. Our Monday brekkie is this stunnin' fluffy stack of Blue Spirulina Pancakes topped with pomegranate, puffed quinoa and creamy choco 🤗⁠ .⁠ For the yummiest brekkie ideas, check out Andreaa's 'gram at @andreeasbreakfast  🥞⁠ .⁠ BLUE SPIRULINA PANCAKES⁠ ♡ 100 g all purpose flour⁠ ♡ 100 g oat flour⁠ ♡ 4 tbsp maple syrup⁠ ♡ 1 tbsp baking powder⁠ ♡ 1/4 tsp baking soda⁠ ♡ a pinch of salt⁠ ♡ 1 tbsp blue spirulina powder⁠ ♡ 300 ml milk of choice⁠ ♡ 1+1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar⁠ ♡ 1 tbsp vanilla extract⁠ .⁠ Mix milk with apple cider vinegar and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. In a large bowl whisk flours, baking soda, baking powder, spirulina powder and salt. Add in the milk-vinegar mixture, maple syrup and vanilla. Whisk to incorporate all the ingredients. A Rawnice recipe made by the super talented Amrita of the @crazyvegankitchen  💗 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredients: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For Cheesecake Crust:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 15 Vegan Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (with cream)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3 tablespoons Melted Vegan Butter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For Cheesecake Mix:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 tub Vegan Cream Cheese (8oz/225g)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 6oz Silken Tofu, drained (190 grams)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Sugar⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ¼ cup Coconut Cream⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3/4 teaspoon Arrowroot Powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/4 cup Plain Flour⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/4 pureed Pumpkin or Sweet Potato⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Seeds of 1 Vanilla Pod⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ¼ teaspoon Ground Cloves⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ¼ teaspoon Allspice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pinch of Nutmeg⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 ½ teaspoons Rawnice Curcumin Powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Directions:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius/375 Fahrenheit. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In a food processor, process Sandwich Cookies until they reach a fine crumb. Add melted Vegan Butter and pulse until you achieve a slightly damp, sand-like consistency.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Press the mixture into the bottom and halfway up the sides of a 6 inch cake ring or springform pan. Bake for 5 minutes, and then remove from oven and allow to cool.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Reduce oven temperature to 160 degrees celsius/320 Fahrenheit.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In a food processor, combine all ingredients for the cheesecake filling till smooth. Pour batter into your cake ring and bake for 45 minutes. (After 45 minutes, there should only be the slightest jiggle in the middle of the cake.)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Turn oven off and allow cake to cool to room temperature in the oven. Once cooled, leave the cake in the fridge overnight.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ To Decorate:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Drizzle with melted Dark Chocolate for a spider-web effect. Pipe plain vanilla Buttercream or Whipped Coconut Cream on top of your cake, and decorate with chocolate chips to create a ‘ghost face’
