Sunday’s are now my heaviest/most intensive training days and let me tell you today was no exception. I haven’t squat since 2017 due to it no longer being an enjoyable movement after numerous surgeries and injuries. But today I hit 60kg for a triple for 70kg for a single 🍑 followed by a strip set on the leg press that made me actually want to cry. . . Shoutout to @babebands_  for the assistance with active recovery sets. If you are in the market for bands use jodie10 for a sneaky little discount, I’ve used bands for years however @babebands_  posts memes so I am sold ✌🏻

I set myself 2 goals today. 1- to not stop or walk 2- to run 21kms in under 2 hrs and 20 minutes. Smashed both and couldn’t be prouder or myself. This marathon was such a challenge for me but it was my most enjoyable run within my entire training. I didn’t have one moment where I doubted myself today and that’s an achievement in itself. 👊🏼 Thanks to my side kick @bonnieburbury  for your pep talks and meditation sessions. Today I was in the best mindset I could have ever been in. Thanks to you and thanks for the sign! 💕 p.s no one ask if I’m doing another marathon 😂 because I don’t know myself at this point. #inpain

Salah. Karena pcos bisa dilihat walaupun belum menikah. Perempuan yg mendapat menstruasi saat kurang dr 12 taun resiko pcos lebih besar. Hanya saja penanganannya lebih fokus jika sudah menikah karena fokus untuk hamil. Sedangkan untuk kista tergantung jenis kistanya. 4 pain free miles & I’m elated. ⁣ ⁣ I was feeling defeated this week when one of the races I signed up for announced that there were going to be changes to the race. Like only handing out medals to those who complete the race before 3 hours and 30 minutes. That sucks. We work hard for those medals. That’s not even the most upsetting part, their reasoning behind it is “well, if you’re training, you should be able to complete it before 3:30...” it was a slap in the face and I didn’t know if to defer it, transfer it to someone else or get my first DNS... I’m still undecided. ⁣ ⁣ I’ve gotten slower this running cycle. It doesn’t help that I’ve been sick or injured or that I’ve gained weight from emotionally eating. It’s been tough this go around and receiving an email like that when I’m already doubting myself makes me doubt myself more. ⁣ ⁣ It is what it is and I’m taking it all in strides (no pun intended). ⁣ ⁣ Today was a great run though. Almost peed myself when I thought I saw a snake. A bird tried to attack my hair as usual. No one laughed and pointed or honked their horn. Some days you just have bad races and today was one of them 😭 All smiles before hand but I could tell as soon as I started my legs just felt heavy and slow and the knee was niggling already. Managed to run the majority of the first lap (of four) without walking, but then laps two and three felt very much the other way around. Lots of walking and not much running 😫 Much too hot and hilly for my little legs to handle today. Oh well. Swipe ➡️ for my half arsed attempt at a smile sitting at the finish 😬 P.s. is there such thing as an anti-PB?? If so I would have got one by a good 15 mins 🎉

Client update Meet Anna Anna is a client of mine who wanted to fit into her clothes and have more energy from having a baby. She has now worked with me for 3 months, and she has grown strength to strength. She is up most of the nights looking after her daughter and still managed to get good nutritious food and her home workouts in. Her biggest pain was not fitting into there pre-baby jeans, and she has now completed this 💁🏼‍♀️ I am looking forward to the following months to what else Anna can do.💪🏻

Clients are also more than happy to give him a bit of lovin’ so he’s getting lots of attention! TRAINING Investing in a safety bar was one of the better equipment choices we made when outfitting the studio. Its design has a number of benefits which I plan on taking full advantage of over the coming years. NUTRITION On cruise control for the most part. Sure my tune will change in a week once I lower my caloric intake (along with my macronutrient ratios). BUSINESS SJ and I are getting to the point to where we are growing quite confident in our ability to find and retain clients. Am a bit exhausted because of the split shift (early morning/afternoon + late evening/night PT sessions) but I can’t really say this is a bad problem to have. Would you let your kids get adjusted??? . 🥰 or 🤯 . I have been getting adjusted since I was 11 so sometimes I forget that not ever one is into chiropractic care like I am. I forget that sometimes that first adjustment can be scary because we have all seen at least one Hollywood movie 🎥 where a set up like this didn’t end so well. . Our boys have a unique situation in that both of their parents are chiropractors. We aren’t sure if they are lucky or not lucky but can guarantee things are weird sometimes 😂. @amazinggrass  Yes. Greens are important. Especially on low carb diets. No. Protein is not bad. Tune into @dranthonygustin  and his podcast for how it's actually pretty difficult to take in too much protein. This product here has plant based proteins and omega. I love combining my proteins. Although I'm primarily a pescatarian, plant proteins are important despite what many believe.
