💡Yup! It’s that’s simple!! Everyone is different and everyone will have different needs. So the best way to tell how much food you should be eating is to stop and listen to your body!
AND, it doesn’t HAVE to be hard! Here are a few simple ways to get started today:
✔️Eat lots of WHOLE foods! As a rule of thumb, if it has one ingredient...you should eat it!
✔️Listen to your body and it’s hunger cues. Eat when you’re hungry and until you’re satisfied. Remember, your body is so smart!
✔️Focus on being HAPPY and HEATHY. NOT on the number on the scale! Because guess what...you’re going to look your best when you’re happy and healthy anyway!
🌱The number one goal should ALWAYS be to nourish your mind, body and soul. If you come from that place of love, your body will follow.
