A fee clips from back training day last week. I used to struggle with “feeling” it while training back but I slowed down and reduced the weight. It’s quite easy to use other muscles (Ahem biceps, chest, triceps) to pull down the bar. Instead I like to think open up the lats, focus on feeling it down the sides, slightly arch my back and don’t lean too far back.
Some other favs include single arm DB rows, cable 1 arm pull downs and cable bar pushdowns.
