Peanutbutter Jelly Cheesecake❤️ . Ich schaff’s auch mal wieder was hochzuladen😁 Alles gut stressig gerade. Aber das Ende naht😬💪🏽 Highlight des Tages war gerade definitiv der da👆😻 Käsekuchen ist gerade offensichtlich meine neueste Sucht und ich fröne ihr so oft es geht. Heute wieder in der Erdnussbutter Variante und mit Kirsch Marmeladen-Swirl😌 . Rezept: 400g Alpro Skyr, 100g Quark, 25g Vanille Puddingpulver, 20g Pb2 (entöltes Erdnussmehl), 15g Erdnussmus, eine Prise Salz, etwas Zitronenabrieb, Zimt, Süßstoff und Flavour/ Aromen nach Geschmack zu einem glatten Teig verrühren. Ich hab Smacktastic Peanut Chocolate Chip und Butter-Vanille-Aroma von Dr Oetker genommen. Den Teig in eine Form geben, 50g Marmelade „reinswirlen“ und alles bei 170 Grad 35-40 Minuten backen. Ofen ausstellen und noch 10 min drin stehen lassen. Anschließend abkühlen lassen und am besten über Nacht, mindestens aber ein paar Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen. Der ganze Kuchen hat knapp 700kcal und 42g Protein🙌 . . Weil die Frage so häufig kommt: Ja, es funktioniert auch mit normalen Skyr oder Quark. Wird dann aber noch so geil, ich sag’s euch🤷‍♀️ Durch den Alpro Skyr wird’s halt so meeega cremig und der Eigengeschmack ist mega. War @herstoryfeed  ‘s Idee damit zu backen und ich werde ihr auf ewig dankbar sein🙇‍♀️ Zweit häufigste Frage: „ich find den Alpro Skyr nicht, kann ich auch normalen Alpro nehmen?“ - Ich weiß es nicht. Hab’s noch nicht probiert, vermute aber dass der zu flüssig ist. Ich würde dann evtl. 250g Magerquark und 250g Alpro Joghurt nehmen. Falls das wer probiert hat berichtet gerne! Bei mir gibt’s dem Alpro Skyr übrigens nur im Rewe. . Parfois, les basiques font du bien aussi 😁 Nous ne sommes pas obligé de travailler constamment avec des charges pour accroître sa masse musculaire! Sélectionnez quelques exercices bodyweight, 8 à 10, 45 secondes d’effort, 15 de repos, le tout répété 3 fois en prenant 2minutes de repos à la fin de chaque tour, et hop vous avez un petit circuit training Full Body que vous pouvez faire où vous voulez et quand vous voulez, et ce sans matériel. De quoi faire gonfler les muscles dans son appartement en vacances avant d’aller à la plage ou à la piscine, de quoi perdre les derniers grammes et/ou kilo en changeant l’intensité, de quoi juste vous faire plaisir même loin de votre salle préférée et sans investissement. Elle n’est pas belle la vie? INGREDIENTS (Servings 6): • 15 oz tuna in oil, drained and flaked (3 small cans). • 1 English cucumber sliced. • 2 large or 3 medium avocados peeled, pitted & sliced. • 1 small/medium red onion thinly sliced. • 1/4 cup cilantro (1/2 of a small bunch). • 2 Tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed. • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil. • 1 tsp sea salt or to taste. • 1/8 tsp black pepper. . Cheesecake sugarfree... @heikekelm..  Rezept 👇 . 500 gr Magerquark 175 gr Frischkäse light 1 P Vanillepuddingpulver 3 Eier 1/2 TL Backpulver 18 Flavordr.Cheesecake 15 Flavordrops Vanille 1 kleine Dose Mandarinen(natreen ) Bei Bedarf 30 gr Xucker geht auch ohne. . Alle Zutaten bis auf die Mandarinen mit dem Mixer cremig rühren, zum Schluss die Mandarinen mit in den Teig unterheben und ein paar für die Deko obendrauf legen.Den Teig in eine kleine Springform(20cm) geben dann ab in den vorgeheizten Backofen ca. 50 Minuten bei 170°C . . . . . .500 grams of lean quark 175 gr cream cheese light 1 p custard powder 3 eggs 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 18 Flavordr.Cheesecake 15 flavour drops of vanilla 1 small tin of tangerines (natreen) , Mix all ingredients except the tangerines with the mixer until creamy, then fold in the mandarins into the dough and place a few on top for the decoration. 🍌BANANA 101🍌 ⠀ 🙋🏻‍♀️Raise your hand if you love 🍌!! ⠀ They’re a great source of many nutrients, particularly potassium, magnesium, and B6. But really, I eat them bc they’re sooo delicious, convenient, and cheap! ❤️. We eat them almost every single day. ⠀ 🤔Did you ever wonder what happens as they change in color? If so, here you go! ⠀ green —> yellow —> brown as the 🍌ripens: ✅resistant starch content decreases ✅tastes sweeter - resistant starch turns into sugar ✅gets digested easier and quicker (causing a spike in the blood sugar) ✅some of the micronutrient levels decrease - happens with all produce to some degree once harvested ✅antioxidant levels increase ⠀ For babies and toddlers, really green #bananas  may be too hard on their little tummies and can cause or make pre-existing constipation worse. ⠀ they are a great source of prebiotics though (check out my previous post). I purchase unripe banana and start offering it to Caleb when it is predominately yellow with a slight hint of green (as pictured). Yellow ones disappear ever so quickly around here, and the brown ones get used for baking 👍. ⠀ ⏰if you want to speed up the ripening process, place in a brown paper bag. if you want to slow it down then place in the refrigerator. Todaaayyyyyyy is Tueeeessssdaaaayyyy! And its one of my favourite days 🤷🏼‍♀️ probs because it's a training day 😂😂 . Fitness means different things to every single person...... whether it's functional training, bodybuilding, dance fitness, bouncing on a trampoline, bootcamp in a field with logs and tyres and mud, bootcamp in a hall with dumbbells, going to the gym, calisthenics or doing the park run.... we are all different, and we don't all agree on the best way to be fit... but we do all agree on one thing..... В связи с переездом времени на приготовление (уточню - полезной еды, так как мужу готовлю его меню, сама же стараюсь совсем строго полезное, без жареного и т.д) времени не остается. Buenos días!!😃🌞☀️ Cómo hacer un desayuno fácil y contundente y no morir en el intento?? Fácil!! *Ingredientes: ✏️3 cucharadas de harina de almendras o la que ustedes tengan a mano. ✏️ 1 cucharadita de aceite de coco ✏️1/2 taza de leche vegetal ✏️1/2 plátano molido. * Preparación: Se une todos los ingredientes, hasta que quede una mezcla homogénea. Precalentar un sartén anti adherente humedecido con aceite y agregar la mezcla. Dar vuelta cuando se despegue de los bordes y en menos de un minuto ya tendrás un panqueque o dos dependiendo del tamaño de tu sartén. Puedes acompañarlo con lo que más desees. En mi caso tiene mantequilla de maní, hecha en casa, bayas de goji, y nueces, Almendras y unos cuadritos de coco y todo espolvoreado con canela. Delicioso, rápido y muy fácil de hacer. Disfruten!! Pudim de manga com chia: essa receita que combina manga com chia é bem refrescante, fica com uma aparência incrível e com um sabor que pode levar qualquer um à loucura! Tudo isso com uma lista de ingredientes curtinha e um passo a passo que não requer muita experiência na cozinha! Bora lá.. . . Pudim de Manga e Chia Ingredientes 2 xícaras de leite de amêndoa [quem acompanha o as receitas aqui, ja passei de como fazer em casa o leite]🤙🏼 . 1/2 xícara + 2 colheres de sopa de chia 1 colher de chá de extrato de baunilha 3 colheres de sopa de melado de cana [ou calda de maple, se tiver] 1/2 colher de chá de canela em pó Uma pitada de cardamomo em pó 1 manga madura grande [ou 2 pequenas] Modo de Preparo Em uma tigela, misture o leite de amêndoas, a chia, a baunilha, a canela, 2 colheres de sopa de melado e a pitada de cardamomo. Misture bem, de preferência usando um batedor de arame. Você vai perceber que o leite de amêndoas vai engrossando rapidamente, sem cozinhar nem nada. Guarde na geladeira por cerca de 8 horas. Descasque e corte a manga em pedaços que possam ser facilmente processados. Processe a manga e 1 colher de sopa de melado até que obtenha um creme espesso. Monte sua sobremesa em potinhos, começando com um pouquinho de creme de manga depois pudim e finalizando com creme de manga. Se quiser, ainda pode fazer uma graça enfeitando os potinhos com um pouquinho de granola ou nozes. Esta receita rende 4 porções. e fica bem legal quando servida em potinhos transparentes, né? . .
