Вдохновилась горам и свежим воздухом на мотивацию🙌🤗 ⠀ Летний сезон - всегда не сезон для фитнеса и тренажерного зала! Почему так? ⠀ Отпуск/жара/дача? Возможно! Но почему же есть те, кто регулярно ходит в зал не зависимо от сезона? У них нет отпуска и дачи? Да все есть! Просто для них это - не привести себя в форму к какой-то дате/событию или времени года - для них это образ жизни, 2-3 раза в неделю стабильно тренировка💪 тоже самое и с правильным питанием! ⠀ Ну и результаты такой регулярности тренировок и организованности в питании -на лицо (и на тело😉) ⠀ 👉Главная причина всех срывов - восприятие тренировок и правильного питания, как временного явления👈 ⠀ Посидеть на диете, к определённой дате, похудеть, а потом пуститься во все тяжкие, наедаться и обвинять во всем свой медленный метаболизм и широкую кость - самая частая ошибка🙄 ⠀ Как бороться со срывами⤵️: ⠀ ✅Прийти к осознаю, что правильное питание, занятие фитнесом, регулярность в тренировках - это не жертвы, а забота и уход за собой! Инвестируйте в себя и в своё здоровье, чем раньше начнёте, тем лучше💪 ✅Следует выбирать, то что будет в кайф именно вам! Направлений много, на любой вкус: активные, бодрые групповые тренировки, или медленные и более осознанные: стретчинг, мфр, или тренажёрный зал - отталкивайтесь от своих предпочтений - тогда все будет с пользой для тела и души! ✅Следить за достаточным потреблением белка, полезных жиров и сложных углеводов, сокращайте переизбыток простых углеводы - это поможет чувствовать себя комфортно и не срываться на вредную пищу 👌 ✅Не начинать фанатично отказываться полностью от сахара/глютена/лактозы и что там ещё модно сейчас) такое «супер чистое питание» может начать вызывать страх идти в гости или в кафе с друзьями, ведь совесть замучает, на следующий день надо будет это отрабатывать😅 ✅лучше выбирать цельные и натуральные продукты - это не только красота, но и здоровье всего организма🥬🥑🥕🥒🥚🍆 ✅На первых порах, хотя бы приблизительно, прикидывать и подсчитывать свою норму калорий🙏- это не так трудно как кажется, но это поможет понять сколько же нужно есть именно вам, чтобы достичь желаемой формы! ⠀

Buchtipp zum Montag.👍 Heute der Bestseller „Der 4-Stunden Körper“ von @timferriss  👌 Jeder kennt sicherlich sein Meisterwerk „Die 4h Woche“.🤔 Hier in diesem Buch hier erklärt Tim seine eigenen Experimente und Tests bzw. Erfahrungen, wie man mit minimalsten Aufwand maximale Ergebnisse erzielen kann.😳Kostprobe gefällig: Tim hat in 28 Tagen 15kg Muskulatur aufgebaut und das mit nur 2X30min Training pro Woche. Klingt unglaublich? Manche Punkte sind in der Tat für Ottonormalbürger schwer umzusetzen bzw. auch nicht relevant. Andere Punkte bzw. #Abnehmen  im Sommer ☀️🥵👙 5 Tipps 👉🏼 1️⃣ #Training  auf den frühen Morgen oder Abend legen, kurze, aber effektive Einheiten 🏋🏼‍♀️ bevorzugen. 2️⃣ Als Snack und Abkühlung zwischendurch, tiefgefrorene Früchte wie Melone oder Trauben parat haben 🍡 3️⃣ Viel trinken 💧 wem Wasser zu langweilig ist, kann es mit kalten Früchten, Minze oder einem Schuss Zitrone 🍋 und natürlich Eiswürfeln verfeinern 4️⃣ An Grillabenden zu magerem Fleisch greifen, selbst marinieren, fettige Würstchen eher meiden, auch Gemüse wie Aubergine, Zucchini oder Champignons schmecken super vom Grill 👌🏼. Anstelle von viel Weißbrot lieber ein kleines Vollkornbrötchen und eine große Portion Salat 🥗 zum Fleisch kombinieren. (In meiner Story seht ihr, was es bei mir heute gab 🍽) 5️⃣ Cocktails & Eis sind zwar Kalorienbomben, aber irgendwo gehören sie doch zum Sommer dazu 😎 wer nicht ganz verzichten möchte, könnte eher was Fruchtiges wählen, anstatt zu den sahnigen Sorten zu greifen. Wenn ich weiß, ich möchte mir an einem Tag mal 1-2 Cocktails oder einen großen Eisbecher gönnen, lasse ich auch mittags mal die Kohlenhydrate weg und esse etwas weniger, sodass die #Kalorien  trotzdem im Rahmen bleiben. Am Ende kommt es wie immer auf die Balance an. Mein Fehler früher war zum einen, dass ich grundsätzlich keinen Sport gemacht und dadurch schon mal weniger Kalorien verbrannt habe als heute und auf der anderen Seite, dass ich auch an Tagen, an denen ich mir Eis, Drinks oder Fast Food gegönnt habe, bei meinen anderen Mahlzeiten nicht kürzer getreten bin ❌ was dann natürlich regelmäßig zu einem Kalorienüberschuss und Gewichtszunahme geführt hat. Wer ein bisschen aufpasst, weiterhin aktiv bleibt und nicht täglich die Cocktailbar oder den Eisladen stürmt 😜 der kann den #Sommer  auch mit kleinen Ausnahmen genießen und trotzdem weiter Erfolge verzeichnen oder das Erreichte halten. #balanceisthekey

Ставь ❤️ для мотивации! Следующая тренировка завтра (25.06)в 19ч на стадионе Локомотив Володарского р-на. Немного отступлюсь. Я давно работаю в сфере фитнеса и оздоровления, многие люди приходят на занятия с персональным тренером потому что у них достаточно денежных средств для этого, многие выкраивают, отказывая себе в чем-то, потому что знают что это в первую очередь здоровье и на здоровье экономить нельзя. А есть ещё и третий тип, тот, которому всё дорого! 🙂Мне интересно было посмотреть, когда я сделаю тренировки очень доступными, как эти люди себя поведут, уже же ведь не дорого! И знаете что?! Они нашли новый способ их не посещать, любые другие оправдания:задерживают на работе, далеко ехать, плохое самочувствие и т. д. К чему мы пришли. Если человек действительно ХОЧЕТ он найдёт и время, и деньги, и много чего другого он найдёт! Для всех остальных, хоть ты бесплатно сделай занятия, хоть у их дома под окнами, им всё равно будет что-то не то, потому что они НЕ ХОТЯТ на самом деле ничего менять в своей жизни, вот и всё! Желания, вам, господа!
