Cvičenie s dieťatkom v nosiči (1. časť - NOHY) Pri každom cviku sa snažte mať aktívny stred tela (podsadená panva, pevné vtiahnuté brucho). Samozrejme, aj mne to niekedy "ujde"...ale o to viac si treba dávať pozor a 'držať formu bruchom', nech nejde ťarcha do krížovej, príp. driekovej oblasti chrbtice. One last Texas photo for now ⭐️ Traveling alone has always been a rewarding challenge for me. Something about my eating disorder made me so self conscious to eat alone in public. I’ve been like that for as long as I can remember- I’d rather do take out & eat in my hotel room than sit alone at a table in a restaurant. So of course for the sake of growth, I pushed myself this time around. I sat at a bar in the Houston airport and got dinner and a drink. I had lunch on my hotels pool deck restaurant at a table for two (as a party of one). I enjoyed time with myself and didn’t stare at my phone or laptop while I ate. I walked the city. I spent time with myself. Growth and comfort do not coexist ☀️

When I just started going to the gym, it was intimidating to say the least. Am I using this equipment right? Throwing it not too far back for this #tbt.  This was when @thegeek_chicc  took me out to celebrate winning #Gymshark66  and I was still in shock. I don’t think it’s hit me till today honestly. Up until now everything has been via phone, email, and social media, but today I’m getting on a plane to physically be with the GYMSHARK family. It’s unreal. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I don’t like using the term “winner”, something about it seems self centered when talking about myself. Some of today's prep, not much of a shop because I eat most of the basic meal plan anyway. Breakfast lunch and dinner will feature little variation, I'm like a domestic dog and like routine. Breakfast is eggs like usual now I get to have toast, merry Christmas to me haha. Lunch is mince rice and veg like usual. Snacks are an apple and 2 protein shakes like usual - have been struggling to get protein in in general but now I'm doing a challenge I really need to tell myself to just drink it because I always get so hungry and irritable anyway. Dinner this week will be fish, mashed pumpkin and veg and lucky me again get to have berries and yogurt fancyfancy. Just a rare sighting of me not in my workout room (which is where the big mirrors + best lighting is 😆) or the kitchen. . Since I’ve got a lot of new followers on here (hiiii, friends! 👋), I figured I’d change things up just a bit today and share 🖐 facts about myself. Besides my love of nut butter + tacos, obvi. 🙃 . 1️⃣ I met my hubby 13.5 years ago shortly after a breakup from a long relationship. I had NO intentions of dating anyone, but after our first few days of getting to know each other, I threw those intentions out the window. This year we celebrate 10 years of marriage! 🥰 . 2️⃣ I have to hold my nose under the water. 💦 Which is fine, bc I’ll barely go under anyway - I can’t STAND getting my face wet! 🙈 . 3️⃣ My all-time favorite movie is Pretty Woman. Julia Roberts can do no wrong in my book. 💯 . 4️⃣ I got braces when I was 24. It was my “wedding present” from B, bc he knew how insecure I was about my smile. (I puffy heart that man.) I only wore them for 3 months prior to our wedding, but they were one of the best decisions ever! 😬 . 5️⃣ I am actually adopted. Well, by my stepdad, that is. My biological father was never around growing up (and died when I was 13), so my stepdad adopted my older brother and I when I was 10. He’s been in my life since I was 1, and I have never, EVER thought of him as anything other than my “real” dad. So Daddy, if you’re reading this, THANK YOU. ILY. 💙 . Alright, enough about me.
