One of my biggest lessons in my 35 years of life was to prioritize my health: physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Unfortunately this decision wasn’t made until I had lost my health and was at my worse.
But I made the decision 3 years ago and it still remains my number one priority.
From creating new daily habits, to new beliefs about my life, to taking care of my physical body, inviting God back into my life, investing in coaches and life education strategies, and learning how and what works for me in managing my stress and anxiety...
Today I’m dealing with a lot of uncertainty which can, and at times, be scary. But I trust more than I ever have and I know people out there can deal with uncertainty in a negative way. I’m not perfect, but I’m proud that I’m remaining positive (when part of me wants to isolate and cry) and I am leaning and trusting my faith through these changes I’m growing through. I believe the best is yet to come. And I believe I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. I am grateful for my body, my mind, and this journey I’m on.
