Fat loss food diary - I’m currently eating high protein/low carb two times a week on my non-lifting day’s but if you are wanting to lose fat then you could follow the principles here daily. The amount of food will vary for everyone but the aim is to have protein and healthy fats in all meals with lots of greens but limit starchy carbs.
I have black coffee when fasting and I find drinking plenty of water makes a HUGE difference to hunger levels so if you often overeat then maybe look into your hydration.
M1 - 3 boiled eggs with chilli flakes and a large handful of baby spinach wilted down with a little organic butter. I have eggs daily but I cook them in a variety of ways so it doesn’t get boring and I always have them with some veg for fibre. You can cut back on yolks if you wish - I used to either palm them off onto my cat or use carton egg whites but for some reason I now feel like gagging at the thought of liquid egg whites in a carton 🤢
M2 - Mocha Protein Smoothie (see last food diary for recipe - Protein powder is not a necessary supplement, just an alternative to other protein and I like to have my shake prior to working out, not post workout like most.
M3 - Chicken tenderloins pan fried in organic butter with Bragg’s organic sprinkle and Himalayan salt, with long grain brown rice and stir fried red onion, mushrooms, red and green capsicums.
M4 - Salmon with sweet potato, and a mixed leaf salad with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar dressing.
