This week, I worked out twice.
One leg day and one cardio session.
That’s it. Who am I? 🤷🏼♀️
Did I stick 100% to clean eating?
Do I feel guilty about any of it?
For the first day, I truly did. Now, not a single bit of guilt runs through my body.
I can tell you what I DID do this weeK though....
I took PTO from work. My brother, SIL, and nephew came to visit.
I spent 90% of my time laughing, shopping, beaching, sleeping in, making s’mores, swimming, playing, eating, and making memories with the people I love.
I put my physical goals on hold, to put my mental and emotional needs first. I needed it 1,00000%.
This week I found my true harmony in just living in the moment. ✌🏼
