Upper Body PUMP💥 here’s a great workout to blast the upper body and get a killer training session in a short amount of time: 3 sets: 8 renegade rows* 8 dumbbell power clean 50/35 -Rest 2 mins each set- 4 sets: 12 dumbbell push press 50/35 15 deficit push up -Rest 60 secs each set- 4x8 pull up *make sure you’re properly stabilizing your core and not compensating during your rows I used 50lb dumbbells for everything but easily scaleable to all fitness levels. Man today’s workout was AWESOME! I’ve really been working on pacing myself through the run portions. Being a sprinter and a bigger athlete, I catch myself going too hard to early and floundering like a fish out of water instead of finishing strong . You can catch me at the end pushing through the finish at a pace I’m definitely proud of . I worked up to 225#  for 3 sets of 6 on back squat today. I focus on keeping my stance a little narrower today so I can get more comfortable with a more upright posture . Overnight oats have become a staple of my breakfast! . If you haven’t tried it and you often find yourself rushing in the morning to cook/prepare your first meal, then look no further .
