PROCRASTINATION NATION IS REAL... I’m trying to answer questions about myself for an upcoming feature for a Los Angeles publication. I have to admit, most of my press is as an opera singer and then all the other things I’ve done. This one, is about me as a successful entrepreneur with the singing as the secondary story. I’ve been a professional singer since I was eight years of age. One of my first singing engagements was at MGM Grand Garden Arena for over 17k people (@metopera seats 3.8k for perspective). I’m not *new* to performing.... I know what I deserve, “paid my dues” and now if it doesn’t serve me, I don’t HAVE to do it. For the right singing engagements or position, I will pause/shift focus what I’m doing as an entrepreneur because Opera is and will always be my “Achilles Heel” but, I take pleasure in getting up and working on something I built out of necessity to support myself that now pays three other people AND allows me to do what I love as a creative whether it’s imaging the new designs, taking photos, writing copy and most@of all interacting personally with my clients who are mainly fellow artists. I’m proud to have my label on my pieces and that these designs resonate, inspire, build confidence and self-worth with my colleagues and personal clientele proudly with my name #byvinnik on each tag.
