A 45 minute sweat sesh on the versa climber- a full body cardio workout that would get anyone ready for their Friday night 🥳 the Versa Climber is a vertical cardio machine that burns more calories than rowing/ running machines and BXR is home to Europe’s first ever dedicated group versa session
💥Who it’s for ?
Anyone looking for a good sweat, good vibes or a heavy cardio calorie burner. I personally am not the biggest fan of cardio, but I find this class puts me in the best mood ever and is the perfect cure to a busy or stressful week
💥Point of difference
As I said- Europe’s first (and one of very few) Versa Climber class! The machine mimics the natural motion of climbing🏔, incorporating different muscles with low impact. With the repetitive motion of climbing you can close your eyes and really zone out to the music 🎶

💥Advice for first timers
Don’t throw yourself in at the deep end with the Vertical Mile like I did 😂 go at your own pace and get the coordination on point
