Tag a Friend Who Would Love This Blueberry lemon pound cake 😋💙 🍋✨ 📷: @bos.kitchen  👌 Check out @organicallyca  for daily recipes 🍏 ---- Ingredients 🍱: WET: 3/4 cup almond milk 3/4 cup sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp veg oil half lemon, juiced and zested 1/2 cup non dairy yoghurt DRY: 2 cups all purpose gluten free flour 1/4 tsp xanthan gum 1.5 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup blueberries . Preheat oven to 180•c and line a loaf tin. Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. In a another bowl, add all dry ingredients apart from blueberries. Stir to combine, then add to the wet ingredients and mix to form a smooth batter. Fold through 3/4 cup blueberries, saving the rest. Fill loaf tin with batter and sprinkle blueberries on top. Bake for 60 mins, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. O gordinho saudável é quase impossível. E está nova pesquisa vai no mesmo caminho. Este estudo que é observacional, buscou associações entre sobrepeso e obesidade com casos de infarto e derrame em 90.257 mulheres, entre 30 e 55anos, originalmente livres de doenças cardiovasculares. A classificação de cada uma das mulheres, em grupos divididos por IMC, saúde metabólica e sem 3 doenças (hipertensão, diabetes tipo 2 e colesterol) , foi reavaliada a cada 2 anos, entre 1980 e 2010. Nesse período foram registrados 6.306 novos casos de doenças cardio, incluindo infartos e derrames. Ajustando para outros condições como idade, tabagismo, atividade física, álcool, entre outros a chance aumentaria para 20% maior de terem sofrido um desses episódios, em relação das que tinham um peso ideal. O estudo confirma que obesidade metabolicamente saudável não é uma condição inofensiva. A pesquisa mostrou que mesmo as obesas que continuaram metabolicamente saudáveis acima deste período ainda representariam um risco 57% de passarem por algum episódio cardiovascular, do que mulheres com peso dentro do "ideal". A manutenção da saúde metabólica é um desafio para as mulheres com sobrepeso e obesas, bem como para as que estão no seu peso. Intervenções comportamentais precoces, como melhorar sua alimentação, aumentar a atividade física, é uma das formas de se resguardarem de doenças metabólicas. REPOST: @cleanfoodcrush  - - - - - - If you're a Salmon Lover, then you gotta try this marinade! We were licking our Bowls with this one! makes 4 servings Ingredients: 4 (4-5 oz.) skinless salmon fillets 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp dried oregano juice AND zest of 1 lime 2 Tbsps raw honey 1 Tbsp olive oil sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste FOR THE BOWLS: 2 cups cooked quinoa or brown rice 1 large ripe avocado 2 cups quartered cherry tomatoes 1-2 jalapeno peppers, sliced 3 green onions, sliced lots of fresh lime wedges Instructions: Place all of your salmon fillets in a ziploc bag or sealable container with the minced garlic, basil, oregano, lime juice + zest, honey and olive oil. Season with sea salt and pepper, then seal the bag and toss gently to coat really well. Allow this to marinate in your refrigerator for 30 minutes up to an hour. Meanwhile, cook the quinoa/brown rice and prepare your veggies for the bowls. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and drizzle/spray with a bit of avocado oil, or olive oil. Add salmon and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden and flaky. Cooking time depends on the thickness of your fillets. To assemble your bowls, divide the quinoa/rice equally among 4 bowls or meal prep containers. Top each with garlic herb salmon, mashed avocado or sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, jalapeño, and green onions. Squeeze lots of fresh lime over your avocado to keep it green and fresh especially if you're storing these for meal prep to eat at a later time. Before eating, squeeze everything with lime juice and season with sea salt and pepper to taste. These stay great for 3 days refrigerated and sealed well.

BANANA & WALNUTS OATMEAL 😍 ••• Wednesday morning - time for good mood and tasty food! Today's recipe is for dreamy banana oatmeal. And to make it even better I added some chopped walnuts and flax seeds. It's super easy and yummy! 🍌 ••• I prepared my basic oatmeal recipe (100 g whole grain rolled oats, mixed together with 500 ml water/milk of your choice and a pinch of salt and cooked in a pan until all liquid is absorbed). I mixed it together with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, transferred it to a bowl and topped it with some banana slices, chopped walnuts and crushed flax seeds. Finally my son and I went to the ‚Kürbisland‘ today - a paradise for pumpkin lovers! Not only did we bring home four big pumpkins for halloween, but I bought a dozen of these delicious s - my absolutely favorite pumpkin at the moment as it tastes devilishly good and is sooo easy to prepare .. chop the top off, take out the seeds, put in into boiling salted water for 22 minutes - there you go! I filled it with vegetables, but I also enjoy eating it plain as it is (and the peel is the most delicious part of it!)... So that was my dinner today 😋 Honestly, after those weeks of traveling and eating a bit out of my program I finally find my way back to having control over what I eat and it feels good 💪🏻 Of course flexibility is so important, too.. but it’s self discipline that keeps you more or less on track.. yes I did eat some extra carbs here and there, and I did have a glass of wine or two once in a while, and I enjoyed the chocolate bar together with my family, but they were exceptions and therefore I probably enjoyed them even more 😋 But now we‘re back home, I chose what I eat and it’s a good feeling! SMOOTHIE BOWL This smoothie bowl was literally so yummy I could of had five of them, you’ll love this if you like the taste of pina colada💛😋😋I kind of copied the flavours of a pina colada to create this💞I know it’s slightly too cold to be eating frozen things but smoothie bowls are so good it’s worth being freezing😋 • So I’m my smoothie I added frozen pineapple, coconut yogurt, banana, oat milk and A bit of protein powder😁😁😁😁on top I put banana ,frozen pineapple, chia seeds and cocoa nibs. Vegan chocolate mousse recipe: - 1 pack soft silken tofu - 100 g dark chocolate melted - 2 tbs maple syrup or agave - pinch of salt Method: - in a blender add tofu, melted chocolate and maple syrup and blend well - transfer into glass jars or hour serving classes and chill in the fridge for minimum an hour or over night - serve with some more chocolate on top and enjoy 😉😋🍫

And they definitely were a top favorite for her! —zucchini pizza boats— Simple + delicious takes about 30 minutes in total from prep to cook! - wash and cut your zucs in half. -scrape out the middle. Drizzle avo or evo in the middle. -add italian seasoning , salt, pepper -top with your fave toppings. (We keep things simple) -cheese and pepperoni 🍕 _____________________________________________ Oven 350 for 20-25 mins and enjoy! 🍪 Cooking Instructions: • Preheat the oven 180 degrees C. ~ • In a bowl, mix the sugar, peanut butter, egg, egg white, and vanilla extract. Mix briskly until ingredients are well blended. ~ • Sprinkle the baking soda over the top. With a rubber spatula, work in the protein powder and coconut flour until well combined. It may seem very dry first but will continue to come together as you stir and push. ~ • Add in chocolate chips. ~ • Judge your dough is the right consistency, as the amount of moisture may vary based on the brand of protein powder and peanut butter used. It needs to be slightly sticky but not a mushy mess. If you need a firmer dough, add a bit more protein powder.
