I loved this power breakfast 😍 Started my day with the most delicious combo: one fried crispy egg with runny yolk, two toasts topped with peanut butter from @biozentrale_official  (believe me, that’s the best peanut butter ever 🥜😍 and it’s not an advertisement, just sharing the love), avocado chunks sprinkled with chili flakes, cherry tomatoes and lamb’s lettuce (always seasoned with olive oil and salt and pepper before eating) 🍅🌿🍞🍳 I had such a great start into the new week, I smashed my early morning CrossFit session and then I had quite a productive day at work 🤗 Also not sure if any of you remember but after coming back from my holidays at the end of May, I’ve decided to do a cut (I have gained a few kilograms and didn’t feel good or comfortable in my body anymore) and it’s already almost end of week 12 of this fat loss phase and I am more than happy with my results 👍🏼 I have learned so much during this period and I want to share with you my thoughts and experience. My bang bang tofu is perfect for your #meatlessmonday  meal! I made my bang bang tofu but instead of baking it I tried air frying it! It cut the time down by more than half and it was super crispy. I don’t utilize my air fryer enough. Using the air fryer it took less than 10 minutes. Saves so much time!!! Served with rice, edamame, avocado and spinach. I love this combination! 10 minute vegan pasta recipe 🌱🍝 Today’s Inspiration for a healthy and simple everyday meal and something I’ve been living off lately. Ive shared this simple pasta recipe right here: * 100g pasta * 100g fresh cabbage * handful of tomatoes * half onion (small) * 1 teaspoon of cumin * half cup of cream (vegan) * salt & pepper Cook the fresh pasta in 3-4 minutes in a saucepan. Chop the cabbage and add the last 2 minutes. Add the soy cream, cumin, tomatoes, drizzle with salt and pepper. Stir it all together and serve with fresh parsley on top.

This is probably the BEST panini of my life! so here's the deal...basically we're making peanut butter & banana toast, but we're putting it together and grilling it. yes, grilling it! post spin class fuel 🙌🏼 this is my go-to guacamole greens salad 👅 organic mesclun, shredded carrots (instead of onions), 1/2 an avocado, chicken, grape tomatoes, crushed tortilla chips, lime squeeze, lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette & a slice of bread from @sweetgreen  😻 i like to have a source of fat and bread/chips with my salad. it makes it more satisfying and filling unless it was meant to be a side dish. this salad has avocado and lime cilantro vinaigrette as the source of fat, chicken as protein and the tortilla chips and bread as main source of carbs. i love filling salads 🥗 going back home to wash up, make a smoothie and then study/work for the rest of the day! #winniesbalance  #sweetgreen

Ho letto i direct e spero di non aver influenzato negativamente nessuno, perchè questa sono IO al 100%, senza privazioni o concessioni (😅). Non mi interessa "cosa si dovrebbe fare in viaggio" o "avresti dovuto assaggiare quello", io ho mangiato ascoltandomi💁🏼‍♀️, ho deciso di tracciare i macros perchè in altri viaggi andavo troppo sotto e sì, ho fatto in modo di assumere abbastanza fibre, acqua e proteine per il mio benessere (💆🏼‍♀️ e 💩). NON c'è una gara per chi "è più fit/fat", io in questa foto vedo una ragazza desiderosa di sbranare la sua demi-baguette 🥖 a due passi dal museo d'Orsay (si è rivelata la migliore!!); voi vi sareste sentiti ugualmente soddisfatti ma con un pain au chocolat/ un dolce/ una pizza/ riso e pollo?? Oggi avevo proprio voglia di un piatto speziato e la cucina indiana ne propone parecchi 😍 Questo è il chana masala un po' rivisitato con le spezie che avevo in casa 🌱 il risultato é semplicemente delizioso ❤️ . . Ingredienti: 180 gr di ceci lessati 220 gr di pomodori pelati 1 cipolla 2 spicchi di aglio Un pezzetto di zenzero Spezie: 1 cucchiaino di garam masala 1 cucchiaino di cumino 1 cucchiaino abbondante di curcuma Mezzo cucchiaino di coriandolo 1/4 di cucchiaino di pepe Mezzo cucchiaino di paprika Peperoncino facoltativo 1 stecca di cannella 1 foglia di alloro 3 bacche di cardamomo Accompagnamento: 60 gr di riso basmati . . Procedimento: Frullate grossolanamente la cipolla, l'aglio e lo zenzero e fate cuocere in padella con un cucchiaio di olio evo assieme all'alloro, la stecca di cannella, il cumino e il cardamomo. Ingredienti: 180 gr di ceci lessati 220 gr di pomodori pelati 1 cipolla 2 spicchi di aglio Un pezzetto di zenzero Spezie: 1 cucchiaino di garam masala 1 cucchiaino di cumino 1 cucchiaino abbondante di curcuma Mezzo cucchiaino di coriandolo 1/4 di cucchiaino di pepe Mezzo cucchiaino di paprika Peperoncino facoltativo 1 stecca di cannella 1 foglia di alloro 3 bacche di cardamomo Accompagnamento: 60 gr di riso basmati . . Procedimento: Frullate grossolanamente la cipolla, l'aglio e lo zenzero e fate cuocere in padella con un cucchiaio di olio evo assieme all'alloro, la stecca di cannella, il cumino e il cardamomo. En Buenos Aires seguimos con un frío terrible ❄️ y acabo de ver esta polenta cremosa con hongos de @inutilisimas  y se me hizo agua la boca!! 🤤 . Levante la mano quien no se comería esta polenta ahora?! 🙋🏼‍♀️ POLENTA SÚPER CREMOSA CON HONGOS!! Cortar 1 cebolla morada grande en tiritas y picar 2 dientes de ajo. Calentar aceite de oliva en una sartén y agregar primero la cebolla por unos minutos y después el ajo. Agregar 200 g de champiñones cortados en laminas (o los hongos que ustedes prefieran). Revolver apenas un minuto, subir el fuego al máximo y agregar ½ taza de vino. Dejar evaporar mientras se cocinan los champiñones. Salpimentar. Apagar el fuego y agregar 1 puñado de perejil fresco picado. Para la polenta llevar de 6 a 7 tazas de líquido (caldo, agua, leche o un mix) hasta que rompa hervor. Una vez que lo haga, bajar el fuego al mínimo. Agregar 1 taza de polenta de a poquito y en forma de lluvia, sin dejar de revolver por 10 minutos. Agregan la materia grasa que quieran y en la cantidad que quieran también.. crema de leche, manteca. También sal, pimienta y queso rallado tipo parmesano. Revolver y por último, queso cremoso en cubos. Una vez derretidos e integrados los ingredientes, servir enseguida en una fuente y el salteado de champiñones por arriba.
