This post was meant to be based on muscle memory but since I’ve lost 8 months worth of content it wouldn’t make any sense to discuss it without being able to accurately depict it. So instead...... I went on an unplanned, out of the spur, holiday quite recently. I had an amazing time! So amazing it actually made getting back to working out somewhat a challenge. See the thing is, every time I’ve ever gone on holidays/leave the country I usually don’t get back to the gym till about 2 to 3 weeks later. However, this time I was on it. As soon as I got back(the following day) home girl was on it. But boy was it hard. Juggling both work and working out(my normal routine) felt exhausting but I kept pushing through because I’d already promised myself not to fall back into that routine. So.... Point 1: Habit’s can be broken
