4 Skinless boneless chicken breasts about 1 1/2 lb.
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika@flavorgod Himalayan Salt and Peppercorn @flavorgod Lemon & Garlic Seasoning
12 Asparagus stalks end trimmed
1 oz Sun-dried Tomatoes chopped
4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Place the chicken on a clean chopping board and sprinkle with @flavorgodHimalayan salt and peppercorn along with @flavorgod Lemon and Garlic Seasoning, paprika and pepper.
Start cutting each one lengthwise to create the pockets. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
Add 3 sprigs of asparagus and a couple of pieces of sun-dried tomatoes to a mozzarella slice, then roll it to hold them inside. Stuff the chicken breasts with it.
Close the pocket with a toothpick. Heat oil in a large and cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Add in the chicken and sear it until nicely golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
Bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes, or until the cooked through and no longer pink in the inside. Enjoy!

Time for my favorite place for meat: Marcia Adams! When visiting Tagaytay, do not forget to try out this place! Porkchop 🍗, Beef 🥩, Kebab 🍖 and more awaits in this epicurean steak heaven. Even their cabonara is amazing! What's for dessert? I recommend the strawberry ice cream with biscotti, the panna cota and the banana cue with chocolate which I wasn't able to take a picture of, but it still looks great! I would say serving time is a bit of a suspense, but if you are willing to wait, it's definitely worth it. 1 Cup boiled 🍚 Rice
1 carrot thinly sliced
1/2 cup peas boiled
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
In a wok or iron kadhai heat some oil and throw in the veggies u can add many more if u like saute them on high Flame for 2 Minutes now add the rice salt pepper cumin powder chilli powder mix well continuously and serve🙈
1/2 cup black urad daal
2 tbsp rajma
2 tbsp channa daal
Soak them fr 4 hours
Now boil it using salt fr 6 whistle on low flame 2 onion chopped
2 tomatoes choped
2 Green chilli choopped
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp hing
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1tsp garam masala
3 tbsp cream or malai or butter
In a kadhai add oil heat now add onion green chillies saute them add tomatoes cook them now add salt red chilli powder coriander powder mix well add the boiled daal makhani mix add kasuri methi garam masala mix well cook on low flame fr 5 mins use water if its too thick . Now add malai mix well and switch off the flame.
Soak onion in chilled water fr 30 min drain off the water add black salt red chilli powder chaat black pepper and lemon juice mix add coriander leaves ready .. Fulkas
1 cup whole wheat flour
Salt to taste
Water required to make smooth dough
In bowl mix flour salt add little water and make a smooth dough punch really well.. keep aside fr 20 min and now using dry flour roll them 6 cm thin and cook on preheated tava on high flame both the sides and then on open Flame smear ghee and serve hot

🍟3 adet orta boy patatesi videodaki gibi kürdan çöpü şeklinde doğrayın. Daha sonra güzelce yıkayıp numarasından arındırın. Suyunu süzün ve iyice temiz bir bezle kurulayın. Bol kızgın yağda kızartın.
Üzerine sarımsaklı yoğurt dökün.
Bir miktar tereyağ ve salçayı kavurup üzerine gezdirin.
350 400 gr kadar kuşbaşı eti düdüklüde de bir miktar kaynar su ve biraz zeytinyağ gezdirip 30 dk kadar pişirdim. Tencerede de yumuşayana kadar kavurabilirsiniz.
Dilediğiniz kadar eti de üzerine dökün.
