Nice to meet you and thanks for stopping by!! 🤗 Here I’ll be sharing my journey on good food, fitness, health, and everything in between 😊I’ve been hugely passionate about cooking healthy food and learning about nutrition for a number of years, and this has led me to study Human Nutrition (BSc) at Bath Spa university (which I have finally finished last month!!). This is endorsed by the Association for Nutrition, which means I’m held to the highest standard of evidence-based practice.
My hope is that this account will allow me to pass on my knowledge (and learn from all of yours), to inspire others and above all, to prove that;
1. Nutrition can be simple and delicious! BALANCE is everything, and everyone should have a good relationship with food, making it filled with excitement, enjoyment and simplicity 🙌🏼🍎 2. Healthy eating and following a healthy lifestyle does NOT have to be expensive! I’ll be sharing tips on how I survived at university with a limited budget and still managed to maintain a balanced diet🙅🏼♀️💸
3. EVERYONE can achieve their fitness potential, regardless of whether they face time restraints (full time work, study etc.) … I certainly don’t devote my life to being in good shape, but I do love the feeling exercise and fresh air gives me, so I ensure that every day I do some form of activity whether its running, go to the gym or horse riding! .. I’ll try and share some tips / quick workouts on how to squeeze in some physical activity into you’re daily routine 💪🏼 ..So feel free to give me a follow if you’re in need of a little extra inspiration!!☺ Hope you enjoy!! 💕
