My humble entry for the pan pizza look book. My standard pizza dough with sourdough discard (about a 500g ball) in a 12" cast iron skillet with about a quarter cup of olive oil. Topped meatily with a bit of hot giardiniera for the spicy ones. Two-cheese blend. Friday is pizza night, and I decided to try to make homemade pizza dough for the first time. First time working with yeast, too. I celebrated by putting together a breakfast pizza based off of our favorite breakfast potato bake. Yo I’ve had several people asking if I’m opening Notorious P.I.E. in Norman Oklahoma. I have nothing to do with this upcoming restaurant and it is not affiliated with me in any way. Look I get it....it’s tough to come up with your own shit and be original these days. Take and claim as your own. To all the people who have been excited about the future and what’s to come, this isn’t it. It’s definitely not going to be a restaurant group using a few hip hop buzz words that resonated with focus groups. Biggie who? I was worried people might confuse your pizza as my own, and then you posted that pic. Thank you for clearing it up.
