Y'all. I did NOT want to do that workout this morning. Woke up tired from yesterday's 2nd workout, and was just generally exhausted. Add in solar eclipse/new moon/mercury retrograde/whatever else, and there may or may not have been ugly crying going on. Struggle bus central this morning.
BUT. I DID IT ANYWAY. I struggled my way through, and finished. I may be half dead, but I finished. Had my protein shake, and now I'm (mostly) ready for this busy day (thank GOD for my chiropractor lol). My point to all of this rambling nonsense, is that we all have days where we struggle. Some days will suck, that's no lie. BUT...and there's always a BUT... We have a choice: we can choose to stay on the struggle bus, and complain about it later, or hit the ground running, and push through. It's up to you. As for me? I choose to send the struggle bus straight off a cliff. I have no time for anything half-ass in my life. My strength lies within my struggle. So. Get some, y'all. 💪💪💪
