Fun fact about me .. I started my fitness journey at 22 years old as a cardio bunny 🐰 Eventually I moved into weight training and tried many different types of lifting (bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic lifting, circuit training, HIIT training) 💁♀️ After several years of experimenting - I eventually worked out my own style of training that worked the best for me 💯.
